We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy for most items shipped within the United States.

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of your purchase receipt date

A 15% restocking/administration fee may apply for most items.

Exchanges are given less original shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Product must be 75% full.

Travel size and samples will not qualify for refund or exchange

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Follow these easy steps when returning an item:

1. Contact us toll free at 844.Spa.Order (844.772.6733) to request a return authorization number (RMA). You will be directed to fill out a RMA form online or one can be emailed to you.

2. Fill out the RMA form completely by entering your return authorization number, order information and a brief description of why you are returning your item. Our online form is located HERE.

3. Place the completed RMA form inside the return package with your original receipt.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your package to be processed thoroughly and a refund or exchange to be issued. All refunds will be issued back through the method of payment originally used.

Exchanges: If your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us immediately to request an exchange. Item must be in original packaging and unused. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us and then back to you again. A 10% restocking fee may apply. If exchange is due to our error, we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error. Once we have received your return package, your refund or exchange can begin its process.

Damaged or Defective: If item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can make a claim with the shipping carrier. If Item is defective, please notify us immediately for an RMA# and an RMA form.  You will be reimbursed the shipping charges back to us, if item is found to be defective. Once we have received the item and it has been tested and found defective or damaged, your refund or exchange can begin its process,

Free Shipping Returns: If you are returning an item that did not have any shipping charges applied. Then the actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted.

Refusal of Delivery: Please do not refuse delivery, as this can be costly in fees. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all refused packages and Shipping fees either way will be deducted from any refund. Item must be received back safely in new condition to receive a full refund. If packaging is damaged an extra 10% damage fee will be deducted from any refund.

Inspection of Returns: Your return must qualify for a refund or exchange based on our policies and guidelines. All returns are inspected for defects or other reasons given for return. We reserve the right to approve or deny any returns based on our inspection and our return and exchange policies and guidelines. If an item does not qualify for return, customer will be contacted, and given the option to have items shipped back (at cost to customer) or have the items disposed of.

After 30 Days: We are unable to accept returns after 30 days. Organic products do have shorter shelve life’s than non-organic products.

RMA# and Return Authorization: Please use a RMA FORM when returning or exchanging any item/s. Failure may result in delay or refusal of your return or exchange. Your receipt must accompany all returns.
